How we handle your email
Who — Sens Sweden AB, org.nr 559553-4446, Sweden, is the
data controller. SENS is its brand. Reach us at
contact@sens.st.
What we store and why — your email address, the time you
submitted it, the exact wording you agreed to, and which link brought you
here. We use it to tell you about SENS, including news before launch.
Legal basis — your consent (GDPR art. 6.1a). We keep a
record of what you agreed to so we can show it was freely given.
How long — until you withdraw it, or 24 months after the
store launches, whichever comes first. Then it is deleted.
Your rights — access, correction, erasure, portability,
restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Withdrawing
is as easy as giving it: email us, or use the unsubscribe link in any
message. You may also complain to the Swedish supervisory authority,
Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Who else sees it — only our hosting provider, acting as a
processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell it, do not
share it for advertising, and do not use it for profiling or automated
decision-making.
Cookies and tracking — this page sets no cookies, runs no
analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Nothing about your
visit is recorded unless you choose to submit the form.
One thing stored on your device — if you submit the form and
we cannot reach our server, your address and the box you ticked are kept in
your browser's local storage so the signup can go through next time you
visit, instead of being lost. It is deleted as soon as it goes through, and
in any case after 30 days. Nothing else is ever stored on your device, and
nothing is stored at all if you do not submit the form. Clearing your
browser's site data removes it immediately.
